LAMU AND MANDA ISLAND - DIAMOND BEACH RESORT

4 Days, 3 nights on the relaxing island of Manda, just across the bay from the ancient Island of Lamu.

Lamu shares a similar history to that of Zanzibar. It was established as an old Arab trading port, so the buildings reflect a strong Arab influence.

Days can be spent wandering around the old town, or enjoying the sun, sea and sand of the tranquil Manada Island.

DIAMOND BEACH RESORT

This quiet little resort on Manda Island, is situated right across the bay from the more developed resort of Shella Beach. It is a small, family owned development built in a rustic, Robinson Crusoe style, but each chalet is equipped with shower and toilet. The food is prepared by the best Swahili cooks in Africa

The 4 day 3 night package includes return flight from Nairobi to Lamu, plus 3 nights full board at Diamond Beach Resort, with boat transfers from and to the airstrip. Cost per person is 325 Euro based on 2 people sharing, or 355 Euro for single occupancy of a room.

If you have a special request or desire, then please contact us and we will do our best to put it into action. For 2 or 3 people, you can be collected from the airstrip by a safari prepaired Range Rover. One of the most comfortable and capable off road vehicles available.
